I'm taking a break from the serious stuff in this post to talk about something I love. Sports. This past week my buddies and I signed up for intramural bocce ball tournament. It's important to make time for the fun stuff when handling a stressful work load. Any way to stay active is important. The more social, the better. Especially if it's something during after work hours. I need that time to de-stress. I have different sports for each time of the year. Summer I'll usually join a volleyball league. Winter is indoor soccer and basketball. And then I like to leave room in fall and spring for fun, out of the box leagues like bocce.
